RICARDO Square Pizza Stone - Set of 4

These four RICARDO pizza stones can be used individually or grouped together to cover the cooking surface. Pizza crusts, focaccias, or baguettes, everything will be perfect either in the oven or on the barbecue. Made of solid cordierite. The stone can be assembled to form a large cooking surface up to 38 cm (15 in). Evenly distribute heat for similar results as a wood oven cooking. Porous, they absorb moisture of the dough for a crispy result. Withstands extreme heat up to 788 °C (1450 °F). Can be used in the oven or directly on the barbecue grill.
