This non-stick rectangular pan is ideal for cooking lasagnas, brioches and cakes. Its durable non-stick coating and rounded corners ensure even cooking as well as easy unmoulding and cleaning. Sturdy carbon steel construction. PFOA-free. Dimensions: 24 cm (9.5") diameter x 3 cm (1.25") high. Superior-quality non-stick coating for easy unmoulding and cleaning. Excellent heat distribution for even cooking?. Use with nylon, wooden or silicone utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick surface. Withstands oven temperatures up to 230°C (450°F). Hand wash recommended. Avoid soaking, and dry thoroughly.
