RICARDO Perforated Quiche and Pie Plate 28 cm (11")

This RICARDO perforated plate was specially designed for quiches and pies when a crunchier crust is desired. The small perforations let air and humidity circulate, giving a lovely golden crust. Thanks to its removable bottom, unmoulding and cleaning are quick and easy. Made of carbon steel. PFOA-free. Dimensions: 28 cm (11") diameter x 3 cm (1.25") height. Removable bottom for easy unmoulding. Perforated for optimal air circulation and crispy crust. Easy-to-clean non-stick coating. Use with nylon, wooden or silicone utensils to avoid damaging the non-stick surface. Withstands oven temperatures up to 230°C (450°F). Hand wash recommended. Avoid soaking, and dry thoroughly.
